About Us

Transport for Cairo (TfC) is an advisory practice established in 2015, specializing in sustainable urban mobility across Africa and the Middle East. We focus on public transport, informal service reform, and data-driven planning.

 

Our work spans all modes — from metro and BRT to shared taxis, cycling, and walking — covering data collection, modelling, public consultation, and project appraisal. We also build and use digital tools that make urban transport data visible, usable, and actionable.

 

We help cities transition toward cleaner, more inclusive mobility through digitalization, electrification, and just decarbonization.
