Flexible working & Culture
TfC contracts are based on a 40-hour work week, with flexibility for part-time arrangements (50%, 80%) and remote work. We provide portfolio, resource, and project management tools, alongside platforms for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and time tracking. Team members receive a laptop stipend and can use our Maadi office whenever they need a dedicated workspace.

TfC supports continuous growth through an annual Learning Program Budget, on-the-job training, and a structured 30-60-90 day onboarding process. Team members are also encouraged to dedicate 15% of their working time to learning and development.
