Mariam leads the TfC Passenger Information department with a team of experts and graphic designers hired on a project basis. With a bachelor's in Architecture Engineering and a Master's degree in Integrated Urbanism & Sustainable Design, Mariam lays the foundation of processes, expertise and tools for her dynamic teams to produce high quality PIS products in record time.
