Insurance, Health & Parenting
TfC provides health, life, and disability insurance, as well as a flexible wellness budget that can be used for gym memberships. Our parental leave policy includes 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of paid paternity leave, supporting a balanced and family-friendly workplace.
Flexible working & BYOD
TfC contracts are based on a 40-hour work week, with flexibility for part-time arrangements (50%, 80%) and remote work. We provide portfolio, resource, and project management tools, alongside platforms for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and time tracking. Team members receive a laptop stipend and can use our Maadi office whenever they need a dedicated workspace.
